PARTY OFFICERS
Party Leader; Councillor Geoff Lilley, provides political leadership for Hartlepool First and is the party's principle spokesman on general matters.
Party Treasurer; Councillor Steve Gibbon, responsible for managing Hartlepool First's finances and reporting these to the Electoral Commission to ensure financial probity and compliance with the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.
Party Secretary ; Mr Stephen Allison, responsible for ensuring that Hartlepool First complies with all legal requirements placed upon it by statute other than those relating to finance which are the responsibility of Party Treasurer. Party Secretary is also the Party Nominating Officer under the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.
The Party Leader, Party Treasurer and Party Secretary constitute the Party Executive Group under the Constitution of Hartlepool Independents - Putting Hartlepool First.
